What a wonderful day for sunflower mini sessions. The weather was perfect and the sunflowers were bloomed just enough for photos. This family is one of my favorite families to work with. I have been capturing their precious daughter for almost 1 year! Isn't she adorable?! Check out some of the photos from their session below.
This session was so much fun! Owen was quite the character. He made so many funny facial expressions and I seriously loved capturing all of his faces. His awesome parents even joined in for a few photos.

I absolutely love when siblings join in for the fun during cake smashes. Jack looked adorable in his suspenders, bib and hat and Aubrey in her navy and pink dress. Jack and Aubrey had a great time feeding each other cake. We even busted out the mini tub to wash Jack off (which also made for some pretty cute photos). I'd say we had a great time!

I always love my sessions with Aurora!
Fun fact, She was not always this smiley and happy. Our first session together was in fall of 2017, when she came to the studio for halloween mini sessions. She was dressed as an adorable cat. She would not keep the top of her costume on (which was the head of the cat), so she looked like an adorable little fluff ball :) She was not a happy camper at all! But...we still captured some really cute images.
Fast forward to now....She is seriously the most happiest baby I know. I always get tons of smiles from her. Not to mention, she has the most beautiful blue eyes. Aurora enjoyed splashing in the water and eating the green part of the strawberries (LOL).
Check out some highlights from her session below.
I can't believe it has been a whole year since I started capturing this sweet boys memories. I always enjoy working with Leo and his older brother Barrett. For this session, we broke out the dinosaurs, balloons and Leo's personal favorite CARS! Barrett joined in a few photos (How sweet!) and we even got a few smiles out of him by the end of the session.

I had the pleasure of photographing Harper's 1st year and BOY has she grown fast. It's hard to believe she is turning 1 in a week. When Harper's mom messaged me saying that she wanted an Alice in wonderland theme cake smash, I was super excited. My creative side was yearning for a colorful/fun cake smash set and this theme was perfect.
The day of the shoot, Harper arrived to the studio picture perfect in her adorable white dress. She was super smiley at the beginning of the shoot with the floral hoop set. After that, we moved onto the Alice in wonderland set. For this set, Harper donned multiple outfits; a beautiful pink dress, a handmade tutu dress and skirt made by her mom. OH and Let's not forget the beautiful hair accessories. These wonderful bows can be found here https://theboweddoe.com
Now onto my favorite part of every 1st birthday session: The CAKE! Harper's cake was made by http://www.lizzieslittlecakes.com. It was one of the most beautiful cakes I have ever seen. Harper's favorite part of the whole cake was the fondant handles. Harper even tried to share with me!
Some of my favorite photos from her shoot are below along with some behind the scenes photos that her wonderful mommy took <3
I hope you enjoy them as much as I do.
